♦ Do you ship to every country in the world?
I'm based in France and ship worldwide, only with a few exceptions due to geopolitical conflicts and sanitary restrictions. The currency shows €/euro but your payment method will automatically convert to your currency for you!
To US customers, note that due to the latest customs regulations, there is a higher risk of delays or returns to sender on your orders. Please be aware of the possibility especially if you're looking to get gifts, and I'm sorry for the possible inconvenience as most of my european colleagues are also dealing with this issue 🙏
♦ What are the payment methods?
You can pay either with credit/debit cards (secured by Sumup) or Paypal.
♦ How will my order be packed?
Your products will be wrapped in glassine/crystal paper or plastic sleeves for protection and sent off in cardboard/paper packaging. Your order will have a "Do not bend" notice. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for cases where the order comes to you bent or damaged by postal services: if this is a concern, please let me know and I will add extra padding.
♦ When will my order be sent out?
Shipping out time fluctuates heavily on the number of orders I receive at a time: please expect at least a few days before your order is sent to you!
♦ Is there a way to track my order?
All orders outside of France do not come with tracking by default. You can purchase tracking for your order by purchasing this Tracking Add-on flat fee.
All France orders naturally come with tracking.
Please know that I ship through La Poste, but for certain countries, some steps of the tracking process might not get registered by La Poste after entering the country of destination.
You can use your tracking number on a universal tracking website or the tracking tool of your country's official postal service for more detailed information on your delivery once your order reaches your country (for example USPS for the USA)!

♦ I want to make my order a gift, can I leave a note for you to add?
You absolutely can! Leave your note in the comment section during checkout and I will add it to the order in your name. Please notify me if the shipping address is meant to be the recipient's you are gifting the order.
♦ Is there a way to change my address?
Please use the contact page to send me a request for an address change where you include your name, email, and order number as soon as possible! I will be able to make the change anytime until I start the shipping process.
Any faulty address info might lead to your order being delayed and returned and that comes with the risk of it getting lost too, so double-checking is advised ahead of purchase.

- Optional: Your apartment number/ PO box number if you have one
- *Your city
- *Your state/department if it applies to your country
- *Your ZIP/postal code
- *Your country (for US people living in the state of Georgia, make sure to put Georgia as your state and not your country!)
- *Your phone number
- *Your email address
- Optional: any other specific info you'd like me to add to your order, such as print signing or a message for a friend
♦ What is your return/refund policy?
I unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. Unless your order has not been marked as shipped (which does not certify as a viable reason for a refund of a potential double shipping fee), I also cannot combine orders.
Orders returned by postal services due to faulty addresses or not being picked up at the pickup location can be sent back, the new shipping fee being the buyer's responsibility.
Un-tracked orders not arriving at destination will not be replaced or refunded, as there is no viable proof of loss.
If the order has tracking and is marked as successfully shipped, and if no reclamation information from the carrier suggests the loss of the parcel, the order will be considered complete and a refund or replacement will not be viable.
If the order arrives significantly damaged (consequent tearing, bending or color chipping due to transport rendering the item unusable for its intended use or decorative purpose) and visual proof of the damage is provided, I will offer to send a replacement to the best of my stock's availabilities. If the item is no longer available, I will issue a full refund of said item's value. I unfortunately will not be able to refund the shipping fee.
Orders, tracked or not, destined for the USA being returned to sender due to the newest customs regulations will be refunded in full.
♦ Are there taxes I might be charged?
Although unlikely, orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import tax. In case this happens, I am not liable for customs clearance and service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the country's customs officials, and those fees are not a basis for a refund, as they aren't something I'm able to control or reliably predict. By making an order, you acknowledge the possibility of additional fees upon import and agree that those fees will be your responsibility.
